We operate in multiple capacities:
- Create-Test-Manage-Upgrade
Build a facility for the customer, around our existing team of experienced people, processes, and Infrastructure Operate the facility customized to specific customer needs with the right people, processes, tools, and technologies. Transfer the facility over to the customer once a steady state is reached and the facility operates on its own.
Highlights:
* We will build an offshore development center using the synergies of its existing offshore infrastructure.
* We will operate it for a pre-set time period building up the necessary people, processes, and infrastructure to support the client's long term needs.
* We will transfer the legal entity at the end of an agreed upon time frame for an agreed upon cost.

Joint Venture
